Barbeque Success
The White Lakes barbeque held immediately after the AGM was very well attended and a very pleasant way to relax after the AGM and inspect the cattle for sale the next day.
Many thanks to Pat and Paul Williams of White Lakes for providing the beautifully tender Limousin steaks.
We are looking for a new sponsor for the barbeque at the 2005 National Show and Sale. If you would like to sponsor please contact me.

Wanted Steer for Sydney in 2005
Two girls from Galston High School (North West Sydney), Cassandra Fullagar and Alicia Fritsch took an 11 month old bull and a not quite 2 and a half year old cow with an 8 week old calf at foot ( Messenger Lodge Yogi and Messenger Lodge Windsong) to Hawkesbury Show last weekend.
Messenger Lodge Yogi took out Grand Champion Limousin Bull and went on to be Junior Champion Interbreed Bull, and Windsong was Supreme Limousin, and won Grand Champion All Breed Beef Female. The girls and the owner Sue Newham were very thrilled. Cassandra and Alicia have already raised funds to go to Tocal in July and are rapidly being converted to Limousins!
They want to buy a steer to take to Sydney Royal next year.
If anyone has a suitable steer they would like the girls to prepare for next years Sydney Royal please contact Sue Newham at psnewham@bigpond.com.

Yours in Limousin
