Muscling is almost four times more likely to influence price variation across all classes of cattle than weight and seven times more likely to influence price than fat score according to Brett Littler, NSW DPI Beef Cattle Officer who has just competed a comprehensive analysis of prices reported by the National Livestock Reporting System.
