Chairman's Report:  Karen Hedger presented her report.

Treasurer's Report:  Michael Stacey presented his report.  The Region had a closing balance of $6,766.15 as at 31 December 2007.
Moved Michael Stacey, seconded Annette Tynan that the Treasurer's Report be accepted.                        CARRIED
